C'est possible. Je héberge 5 domaines sur mon serveur (OS: Debian Wheezy 7.2 + postfix - sans interface), tous sont signés.

Bonjour, j'ai installé la signature DKIM sur mon domaine principal, ça marche.

Voulant le faire pour un second domaine hébergé sur le même serveur debian/postfix j'ai modifié la zone DNS ainsi:
