You can't pay KS servers with loyalty points anymore. Another awesome little change.

Seriously? Well, I hope it still works for domain names. I'll just renew one to empty my stash and be gone.

This MK guy at the support seems cool though I like his story about planets alignment
Yeah, the SUPPORT STAFF is ok. They are not to blame, but have to take shit from both mangement AND customers.
Good idea ... domains are domains, register, pay with loyalty points, transfer away and enjoy + 1 "free" year this way. I will do that

And when I say horrible company I mean the MANGEMENT and NOT the support staff. Actually the support staff are nice people and I pitty them for having to work in such a horrible company, hindering them in every imaginable way to help the customers.

Time to seriously start blogging, forum/facebook/Twitter/Google+ posting how horrible OVH is and to stay clear of this company. Now it's PERSONAL !!

Yep ... what kind of a fucking joke is this OVH company ... seriously.
Alright, screw this! Anyone who is still interested in finding out where I got my new server, just go to the fb page in my signature and send "the page" a private message and I will tell you, so you can get away from this shit bin.

What are you talking about? I just got a refund for Kimsufi Servers I had ordered, but they were out of stock. When I asked for my Loyalty Points back, you stalled me for a month just to get me to this point in time where yet another strange OVH rule is in effect??

So what am I supposed to do with the Loyalty Points now? I get the feeling you people make up rules on the fly just to piss me off, personally!

It is not my fault you kept my Loyalty Points "hostage" for almost 6 weeks. Jesus fucking Christ people!

It is a new order so the option should be there. When I ordered the other servers it was also np. The option is not there anymore AT ALL. Even if you just have 1 point, it is offered to pay with point PARTIALLY.

Now I have points and can't do squat with them, nice.

And yeah, I wanted to use that i7 cause everything else is out of stock. But I refuse to pay 30 Euros from credit card when I have 34 Euros in points left.

And it continues!!!! I thought I'd spend my Loyalty points (worth 34 Euros) on a KS Test server for some stuff I want to test out and maybe keep it as a backup.
You use an i7 for a test server?

Otherwise, maybe the option is gone because you already spent some point on the order? As far as I saw, you can only spend points _once_ per order (then the option vanishes, even if you still have more points left)

I ordered a 30 Euro KS server. I have enough Loyalty Points to pay for it but the option to pay with Loyalty Points is not offered anymore!!!!

Are you kidding me now???

After a long search, I found them in:
Home > Administration > Settings > Emails Summary

While I am glad I found them, my question remains why I as a client have to search the OVH system for this data, as they can do so easily. It is like I told my clients to build their own websites, but pay me.

Let's see how many months it will take to get a refund this time. Waiting since JULY!

You can find back all emails OVH sent you in the manager (v3). Check somewhere in the menu. Something like administration > emails > ...

On a side note, that bogus handling of the Loyalty Points (not getting refunded on order cancelation) has been know for a long while now, like the bogus delivery delays. Maybe someone should tell them that the expression is "if it is NOT broken don't fix it"...

I think that by logging in your manager dashboard, you could search and find the order IDs.

When I ordered those 3 servers > 1 month ago, I did of course receive an email which told me that the order is in process, as always when I ordered something. I assume that the OrderIDs were in that email. I deleted this email when I got it, as I always do with non-essential emails, cause I honestly never expected that an ORDER which I PAID would be REFUSED. I could have never guessed that this could happen and that I would need the Order IDs some day to get my Loyalty Points back.

When the orders were refused, I was told that the Loayalty Point would be refunded in maximum 30 days. I waited those 30 days now, 31 actually and I did not get a refund of my Loyalty Points, so I contacted you again. And now you tell me, that unless I come up with data, that I do not have and that I am under no obligation to produce, my Loyalty Points will not be refunded?

You have all data in your company in your records. You reived my orders, you took the Loyalty Points, which is the same as taking money and you did not deliver the servers.
I even told you that I ordered 3x KS2G, which need to be paid 3 months in advance, so you can calculate the Loyalty Points I am missing even WITHOUT looking up your records.

Please reinstate my Loyalty Points. I earned those points by paying my bills and I am entitled to those points and you have no right to just take them away. So either you return them immediately, cause the 30 days are up, or you deliver the 3x KS2G servers that I ordered with those points. But don't tell me that it is MY fault for not keeping a non-essential email cause you are unable to lookup your own company records.
