Quelques infos supplémentaires :
- Je fais un distinguo très net entre les adresses et les comptes. En clair les adresses sont toutes des redirections vers un compte qui se trouve dans le même hébergement.
- Les clients ne se plaignent que très peu pour ce type de problème. C'est quand j'ai interrogé l'équipe qu'on m'a fait voir une bonne dizaine de mails de retour.
- C'est totalement aléatoire. Une adresse fonctionne à la perfection, a un soucis, puis remarche à la perfection.
- Le mail n'est pas toujours distribué.
- L'hébergement était un 240plan autrefois, aujourd'hui c'est un Pro.
- Je viens de réinitialiser la zone, on ne sait jamais.
- Les MX sont

MX	100 mxb.ovh.net.
MX	1 mx0.ovh.net.

- Je suis tout disposé à ouvrir un ticket d'incident pour donner le domaine et les vrais messages.

Ce qui me semble intéressant de noter, c'est que le problème ne se pose que pour nos 2 collaborateurs qui sont aux USA. En France, personne ne m'a encore remonté le souci, on est que 15 en même temps...

Le mail provient de l'infra OVH et il doit y avoir une raison visible dans ton manager. Si on le voit pas, c'est qu'il y a un binz dans l'infra OVH.

Dans le manager > mutualisé > emails > Administration Adresse email > Filtres
tu as aussi la possibilité d'implémenter "quelque chose" qui va traiter les mails entrants, et peut-être rediriger vers une adresse secondaire.

Oui, l'adresse de "destinataire" est toujours la même. C'est bien "expéditeur" qui reçoit le message d'erreur, et le destinataire, reçoit bien le mail.

Côté Manager OVH, il n'y a aucune redirection pour cette adresse, et il n'y a même pas de délégation de gestion pour l'adresse de "destinataire", donc logiquement, je vois dans la console toute la config du compte.

atteste que OVH a accepté le mail de Gmail car il comportait une adresse de destinataire valide (*).
Cette adresse dont contenir une règle de redirection vers une adresse invalide. Si le mail est néanmoins reçu par quelqu'un, c'est qu'il y a plusieurs redirections avec au moins une valide et une invalide.

(*) c'est le titulaire de cette adresse qui est le seul à pouvoir diagnostiquer.

Corrige-moi ou complète:

Toi (expéditeur) avec une adresse IP chez Comcast, tu envoies un mail vers (destinataire). Tu n'utilises pas le service SMTP de Comcast, mais bien celui de Gmail. Gmail retransmet le message vers (destinataire chez OVH) et tu reçois un message d'erreur.

Est-ce que l'adresse (destinataire) à laquelle tu as envoyé est rigoureusement la même que celle qui figure dans la phrase "<>: Sorry, no mailbox here by that name"

Qui a reçu le message d'erreur ? Toi (expéditeur) ou bien le destinataire (peut-être sur une autre adresse qu'il possède) ?

bonjour,
j'ai le même problème sur plusieurs mails, j'ai vérifié tous ces mails: pas de redirections, j'arrive à leur écrire, on peut voir le contenu des boites par les webmails ovh mais les envois par gmail et yahoo annoncent un délai d'attente trop long...
par contre quand on leur écrit ils reçoivent et s'ils utilisent la fonction "répondre" à un mail qu'on a envoyé on reçoit sans problème leur mail??
Et je ne vois pas de solutions.

A mon avis, tu devrais regarder dans le reste des messages d'erreur et/ou les pièces jointes s'il y en a.

On n'a pas assez de renseignements pour émettre un diagnostic, avec ce que tu donnes.

Si tu reçois les mails et qu'en même temps Hotmail déclare qu'une mailbox n'existe pas, c'est que tu as mis une redirection en laissant les mails dans la boîte ; ou bien que tu as mis deux redirections pour la même adresse, dont une ne fonctionne pas.

Vérifie dans ton manager OVH.
