Je vois que tes mails sont émis par le serveur mailplan. C'est bien un service d'hébergement gratuit avec un site web de 1 MB ?

Ca n'excuse rien parce que c'est gratuit.

Néanmoins si ton business risque d'être mis en péril dans un tel cas, envisage de louer un serveur dédié ou même de faire appel à un partenaire externe à OVH pour l'envoi des mails.

Quelques pistes: http://sendgrid.com/ , http://aws.amazon.com/ses/ , http://postmarkapp.com/ , http://www.cloudsmtp.com/ , http://www.critsend.com/ , http://www.unifiedemail.net/Service/SMTP-Relay , ...

N'oublie pas une chose: si tes mails sont envoyés depuis un site sur un hébergement mutualisé, et que tu fais appel à un opérateur tiers ou à un dédié pour l'envoi des mails, utilise le n° de port le moins standard possible et certainement pas le 25.

La tâche travaux correspondant est clôturée mais le problème persiste toujours. Il faut 10 à 15 minutes parfois plus pour réceptionner un mail ... le temps malheureusement pour les internautes d'aller voir ailleurs.

Depuis hier, la distribution des mails partant de scripts PHP sur le serveur cluster015 (mailplan.ovh.net) est très aléatoire et surtout très lente allant de 10 minutes à plusieurs heures.

Le problème peut-il résolu rapidement SVP ?
