Erreur SMART - Aucune réponses au ticket ouvert ...

Bonjour,

Est-ce que tu aurais ton NIC et l'ID du ticket que tu as ouvert s'il te plaît ?

Je pourrais alors voir avec le service Dysfonctionnement ce qu'il en est de ton ticket.

Bonjour,

Le disque dur de mon serveur dédié rapporte des erreurs SMART. J'ai ouvert un ticket il y a 4 jours (29.09) mais je n'ai toujours aucune réponse...

Que faire pour avoir une assistance du support ?
