Two-Factor authentication for lost/reinstall phone

I have recently re-install my phone without thinking of the two-step/factor authentication requirement I put on my ovh account manager authentication.

I try to ask for a new password (lost password) but it still ask me for the mobile app code.

Any idea on how I can reinitialize that ? or remove it ? I can't log in anything.
